Allison K. Gibson is a Southern California based writer and editor, and a current graduate student in creative writing at USC.
She is the Editor of Digital Photographer Magazine and a frequent contributor to
Art Ltd., Beautiful/Decay, Huffington Post Arts, and Daily Serving, and will have an interview of Tim Hawkinson featured in a forthcoming issue of ARTnews. She earned her BA in Art History, Magna Cum Laude, from California State University Channel Islands. She has also worked extensively in the contemporary art world, at the Nathan Larramendy Gallery, where among other responsibilities she represented the program at the PULSE Contemporary Art Fair in New York. When she’s not writing, reading or viewing art, she likes to get on airplanes and go around the world.
